Centre. This exclusive Service Centre is authorized by Hyundai
Motor Company, Korea and Hyundai Motor India. It is located
at Maitidevi, Kathmandu on a sprawling area of 1600 sq meters.
The service station is equipped with the latest
hi-tech machinery and serviced by Hyundai trained engineers
and technicians. All vehicles that come to the service station
are always in excellent hands. Spare parts and accessories

starts after they purchase the vehicles from us.
We believe that to create a better rapport with
our customers we believe that the most important factor is
that the vehicle gets that best of treatment so that it can
give the maximum service to its owner. To achieve this we
have started a simple vehicle counseling procedure -
1. We give a call and inquire about the condition
of the vehicle.
2. We inquire whether the vehicle is being serviced
as per the Hyundai recommendation or not
3. If not we advice about the schedule maintenance
of the vehicle.
4. We take a date for the servicing and repair
maintenance work at the AVCO Service Center (the only authorized
Service Center for Hyundai vehicles in the Kingdom of Nepal).
5. At the AVCO Service Center the vehicle is
inspected very carefully
6. While the customer is taken to the customer
lounge and informed about the new facilities of AVCO Service
Center
7. They can also go through the leaflets of
new model Hyundai Vehicle available and the latest Hyundai
news in the Hyundai Magazines.
8. After the job is done, the customer can give feed
back on the AVCO Service Center, which will be added in our
priority changes in our service to our customers.
9. An appointment and KMS is fixed for the next
servicing.
